Wildwood itself
Wildwood covers about 68 square miles of hilly country on the Ozark foothills. The city's address listings use ZIP codes 63040, 63038, 63005 and 63025. Neighborhoods we get calls from include Old Grover Estates, Meadows at Cherry Hills, Villages at Brightleaf, Westglen Farms, Winding Trails, Homestead Estates at Wildwood, Babler Hills and the Lake Chesterfield area.
West of State Route 109, many properties use wells instead of public water, and homes outside MSD boundaries may have no public sewer. The home page explains what that means on a call.
The four nearby towns
Ellisville is the closest, just east along Manchester Road, and its voters approved a sewer lateral program with a $28 annual fee. Ballwin sits farther east and has a similar program with a fee of the same size.
Chesterfield lies north of Wildwood and includes Chesterfield Valley, which is protected by a levee. Eureka is south along Highway 109. Its water has been supplied by Missouri American Water since 2022, and the sewer system is now owned by the same utility.
ZIP codes cross town lines here. Eureka's main ZIP is 63025, Chesterfield uses 63017 and 63005, and Ballwin and Ellisville addresses mostly use 63011 or 63021. Always give the dispatcher your street address.
What to expect when you call from a nearby town
The dispatcher asks the same questions everywhere: where the water is, whether the main is shut and which utility serves the address. Local answers matter, because the party responsible for a pipe changes from one town to the next.
Knowing whether the problem sits inside the house, in the lateral or in the main saves time and money. A Ballwin or Ellisville sewer backup may fall under the city's lateral repair program, while an Eureka water issue starts with Missouri American Water.
Our services page lists what we dispatch, and the contact page explains what to have ready before you call. Same-day appointments are offered when available, and a clear price is given before work starts.
