Informational content only

The pages and guides on this site are general information. They are not a diagnosis, a quote or professional advice about your specific plumbing. Conditions such as water hardness, pipe age and permit rules vary by address, so verify them with your water utility and the Wildwood building department.

Not a substitute for 911

Our dispatch line handles plumbing. It does not handle fires, injuries, electrical hazards or gas leaks. If you smell gas, leave the building and call the gas utility or 911 first. For any threat to life or safety, call 911 before you call us.

Licensing and third-party providers

Wildwood Pro Plumbing is a dispatch and service line. Work is carried out by licensed contractors we send to your address, and they act under their own licences. Plumbing licences in St. Louis County are verified through the county Board of Plumbing Examiners, and you may confirm any plumber's licence there.

The site may link to outside sources, such as utilities and government pages. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

Prices, availability and limits of liability

Prices are given on site before work starts and may change if the plumber finds a different problem. Same-day appointments are offered when available, and we cannot promise an arrival time. To the extent the law allows, Wildwood Pro Plumbing is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using this website, and its liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. We may update them at any time, and the version on this page is current. Questions can go to contact@proplumbingwildwood.com or through our contact page. Our services and service areas are described elsewhere on the site.
