What we collect when you call

When you call our dispatch line, we receive your phone number and the details you give us about the problem, such as your street address, what happened and what equipment is involved. We use these details to route your call to a licensed plumber and to follow up on the job.

Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes.

What this website collects

The website has no forms, no accounts and no booking tools. This site may use basic privacy-respecting analytics to learn which pages are read, and these tools do not need your name or phone number. Your browser may also store ordinary technical data such as a page view, and you can limit this in its settings.

How information is shared and kept

We share the details of a call with the licensed plumber assigned to your job, so they can reach you and arrive prepared. We do not sell your personal information. We keep call information for as long as it is needed to handle the service, resolve questions and meet legal or business record needs.

If you want us to stop contacting you about a call, tell the dispatcher or send an email. We will do what we reasonably can.

Your choices and how to reach us

You can ask what we have about your call, or ask us to delete it where the law allows, by emailing contact@proplumbingwildwood.com. Please include the phone number you called from and the approximate date.

This policy may change, and the version on this page is the current one. For other questions, visit our contact page. See our services for what we dispatch.
